1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, password -- stored as a hash, never in plain text), shipping addresses you provide at checkout, order and purchase history, and -- if you apply to become a vendor -- the bio, location, and credential information you submit in your application.
2. Payment information
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number -- Stripe shares with us only what's needed to confirm and record your order (amount, last four digits, payment status).
3. How we use your information
To process orders and route your shipping address to the vendor(s) fulfilling them, to send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices), to review vendor applications, and to operate and improve the marketplace. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. What vendors can see
When you purchase from a vendor, they receive the shipping address and order details needed to fulfill that order. Vendors do not see your email, payment details, or your history with other vendors.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us, subject to records we're required to retain by law.
